Can I return or exchange my personalized items?
Personalized items are made to order and cannot be exchanged or returned, but our product warranties still apply. Personalization is only available on new items.

Is the personalization easy to remove?
Like everything we make, our personalization offerings are made to last through the wear and tear of travel. We use permanent techniques like digital printing, embroidery, and laser-etching to ensure your personalization will stick with you. However, keep in mind that all personalization is subject to normal wear, just like the rest of your luggage.
